It wasn’t the most important thing that happened, but it is worth mocking the president for… having two U.S. marines hold umbrellas during a Rose Garden press conference with the Turkish prime minister.
It was the dismissive way in which Obama spoke about the marines that riled so many people:
I am going to go ahead and ask folks why don’t we get a couple of, uh, marines… they’re going to look good next to us cause I, uh, I’ve got a change of suits but I don’t know about uh, our prime, uh, prime minister.
And so… here’s the best of the satire:

On Thursday, President Obama and first lady Michelle will be the honored guests of the nation’s largest abortion provider at its annual gala. Ahead of the event, Planned Parenthood is celebrating the president and his support for their “business,” calling him the most pro-abortion president in history:
“President Obama has done more than any president in history for women’s health and rights,” Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards said in a statement announcing that Obama will deliver the keynote address at the organization’s “Time For Care” dinner in Washington. “We are honored to have President Obama join us…at this pivotal moment for women’s health.”
Richards also served as a surrogate for Obama’s reelection campaign, touting the president’s record on women’s issues during the heat of the race.
Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, Dr. Ruth K. Westheimer and HBO’s “Girls” creator Lena Dunham will be honored the event.

Mayor Bloomberg: Interpretation of U.S. Constitution Will ‘Have to Change’ Following Boston Bombings
Filed under News | Comment (0)And so with much irony two more Muslims have been identified in a major terrorist attack. Last week’s Boston Marathon bombing was masterminded by two Muslims from the Russian/Chechnya border and, today, two more Muslims were arrested in Canada and we were told by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police that these suspects wanted to blow up a bridge connecting a rail line between Canada and New York. They apparently had planned to detonate the bomb while a train was crossing.
The death toll could have been over 1,000 depending upon how crowded the train was.
And yet we are told by the Obama administration and its employees that the threat is from “Right Wingers.”
There was an Obama administration generated report that said as much.
And in this 2009 interview Department of Homeland Security head Janet Napolitano explained why the term “terrorism” isn’t used any more:
SPIEGEL: Madame Secretary, in your first testimony to the US Congress as Homeland Security Secretary you never mentioned the word “terrorism.” Does Islamist terrorism suddenly no longer pose a threat to your country?
Napolitano: Of course it does. I presume there is always a threat from terrorism. In my speech, although I did not use the word “terrorism,” I referred to “man-caused” disasters. That is perhaps only a nuance, but it demonstrates that we want to move away from the politics of fear toward a policy of being prepared for all risks that can occur
.
It is ironic that even as DHS’ head said that back in 2009 there have been 5 successful attacks against the U.S. and 5 foiled attacks.
We know the various intelligence agents of the U.S are working hard and doing they best, it is with their politically appointed bosses that we take issue. We saw the same type of ideological conflicts when Bill Clinton was in charge and that was a time of numerous deadly Islamic terrorist attacks against the U.S.
And yet, as this latest arrest in Canada shows, the Islamic terrorist threat is not going away.
But the Obama administration wants to extend a path to citizenship to over 10 million illegal immigrants. People who oppose this are being called racists. More and more Muslims are being caught as terrorists… where are those “Right Wing Extremists” the DHS devoted an entire report to back in 2009:
Johnson’s 2009 report, titled “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” warned that the election of America’s first black president coupled with an ailing economy would cause a resurgence in right-wing extremism, which Johnson spent 15 years studying.
While we’re not saying that a non-Muslim is not capable or will not commit an act of terrorism, the Boston Marathon bombing and this latest plot uncovered in Canada have one eerie similarity in common… Islamic terrorists.
The fact that the Obama administration has always tried so hard to steer away from the elephant in the room makes me think Islamists are not being taken as seriously as they should be… and people are dying as a result.

Filed under News | Comment (0)Congratulations, President Obama is going to be President for another 20 years! Before you have a heart attack, this is not true, however, it could be if a new bill introduced into Congress gets passed and 3/4 of the states approve it. Fortunately, the latter is a very hard hurdle to accomplish.
New York congressman introduces bill to abolish presidential term limits

It is rare that a President is an example of an entire generation, however, that is Obama. He is a selfish, self indulgent, spoiled individual not unlike the Gen X generation. American baby boomers have created a very irresponsible generation and they are no different from those who continue to vote for him. Will they lead to the end of the United States?
What are we do to? We would like you to tell us what your prescription is.

Obama Is Spoiled Rotten
It seems as if you’re relying more on executive orders to get around these problems. You’ve done it for gun control, for immigration. Has your view on executive authority changed now that you’ve been president for four years?
… [T]here are certain issues where a judicious use of executive power can move the argument forward or solve problems that are of immediate-enough import that we can’t afford not to do it. And today, just to take an example, the notion that we wouldn’t be collecting information on gun violence just to understand how it happens, why it happens, what might reduce it–that makes no sense. …
President Obama sees his re-election as a mandate to continue the very policies that will eventually bankrupt the country unless they are reversed, regardless of huge opposition on Capitol Hill. It chimes closely with the president’s second inaugural address…, which offered absolutely no olive branches to the nearly 61 million Americans who voted for his opponent in November.
Prominent conservative columnist Cal Thomas writes on CPAC “rejecting” New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie as a speaker (via FoxNews.com):
By not inviting him to speak, CPAC invites comparison with a pessimistic and hypercritical political environment of the past. If the Republican “tent” isn’t large enough for Chris Christie, then it will resemble a pup tent for some time to come.
Republicans should be focused on deconstructing failed liberalism and styling their alternative in positive terms, not rejecting one of their own. Hating President Obama is not a policy. Intellectually defeating his policies is.
CPAC, the largest annual gathering of conservative voters, is Mar. 14-16. Organizers for the event have been widely criticized for their decision to… Continue reading »
